Matt is the founder of Prestige & Village, he brings expertise and experience which has shaped the development of the company. Matt has a management, sales and marketing background, and enjoys being active on the ground floor of the business. Matt is also active away from the business & has been known to mix business with pleasure on the golf course & the shooting field. Matt also likes to be out at sea fishing and can often be found at West Mersea where he moors his boat.

Geoff who is based in Old Harlow oversees both offices. He enjoys nothing better than helping clients on their property journey, carrying out valuations, showing properties and meeting people. If not in the office he likes to spend time with his family or fishing on the river bank.

Suzanne Smyth Sales Progressor
Having worked for Geoffrey Matthew Estates for over 20 years she is the cornerstone of the office. Her main job role is progressing the many sales and making sure that buyers and sellers are fully kept up to date through the whole transaction. With her friendly nature and knowledge of the house sale process, you will know you are in safe hands with Suzanne as she takes the science out of the process. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys travelling with the Canary Islands being one of her favourite destinations for a bit of sunshine. She also enjoys eating out and is a keen gardener.

Bradley joined our team in 2017 after working for another agent in the local area. With his wealth of knowledge in the Estate Agency sector he has become an asset to the team. His main job role is valuing properties, arranging viewings and being able to answer questions from our clients. Bradley is an avid football fan, enjoys good food and visiting the many hidden treasures of the UK.

Bridget Owen Lettings Manager
Bridget has had involvement with Geoffrey Matthew Estates since the company started, assisting in several roles. Since 2009 however, she has been a key member of the property management team; covering administration, finance and day-to-day property management for our large portfolio of properties. During her leisure time, Bridget and her family enjoy touring the UK and continental Europe whilst camping, also Bridget is a keen exercise taker – runner, walker and including being an enthusiastic member part of the “BOUNCE-Army”.

Mark originally joined the company in 2001 and has collectively worked for the Geoffrey Matthew for 17 years and has circa 21 year’s experience in the estate agency industry. Amongst one of the most experienced property specialists in the area he has a wealth of knowledge across Stevenage, East and North Hertfordshire, consistently providing high levels of service to clients past and present. Mark enjoys travelling the globe with his wife and daughter in which he has visited over 75 different counties and most of the old and new wonders of the world including Mount Everest base camp in Tibet, Persepolis in Iran and Teotihuacán in Mexico City, Mark is very passionate about football and enjoys participation and supporting.
