Landlords, often leading very busy lives, may not have as much time as they would like to commit to managing their property investments. With that in mind, Geoffrey Matthew offers three different levels of service depending on their needs and availability.
Included in this service:
Advertising via our website, property portals and our lettings boards.
Arrange & accompany viewings.
Find suitable tenants who are credit checked through referencing agency.
Our Tenancy Agreements are for six months (or twelve months with discussion) and are regularly updated with new regulations and legislation.
Written and photographic inventory of condition (fees apply).
Collect a deposit of 5 weeks rental income which is held in The Deposit Protection Service scheme .
Inform utility companies with meter readings and change of occupants.
Quarterly property inspections carried out with a written report.
Manage all tenants requirements and only contact landlords when essential.
Carry out a final inspection with landlord and tenant to compare the property against condition as let. (Fees applicable at end of Tenancy)
