The Development: A well regarded area of mostly private homes within the area known locally as Poplars. Generally a mixture of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Location: Generally to the east of the Stevenage and within the more established area of Poplars.

Links and Amenities: Within the immediate locality there is a large supermarket and other shopping facilities at the Poplars local centre on Magpie Crescent. The area also benefits from its proximity to the eastern edge of Stevenage and the open countryside and woodland.
In addition the area is served bus a bus route from the Poplars Local Centre and the area is a short drive from the town centre, A1 (M) and the railway station. The A602 and A10 is also easily accessible via Gresley Way to the south.

Directions: From junction 7 of the A1 (M) proceed east along Broadhall Way and over four roundabouts bearing left at the fifth roundabout. As you go down the hill after the fifth roundabout, take the next left at the roundabout into Gresley Way. Once into Gresley Way, proceed along the road taking the first left into Woodcock Road, first right into Mallard Road, first left in Kestral Close.
